Tiffany Kosch

Tiffany is a Managing Director of Bayside Capital. Since joining, Tiffany has been involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies. She currently serves on the board of numerous Bayside portfolio companies.
Tiffany has over ten years of private equity investing experience in a broad range of industries, including business services, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Before joining Bayside, Tiffany was a Director with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. In this role, she was responsible for investment analysis and working with the management of portfolio companies to create value. Prior to Levine Leichtman, Tiffany worked in the private equity groups at Patricof and Co. and Perry Capital.
Tiffany received a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
