Lewis Schoenwetter

Lewis is a Managing Director of Bayside Capital. Since joining, Lewis has been involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth strategies. He currently serves on the board of numerous Bayside Capital portfolio companies.
Lewis has over ten years of private equity investing experience in a broad range of industries, including business services, manufacturing, distribution, telecom and healthcare. Before joining H.I.G., Lewis was a Director with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. In this role, he was responsible for investment analysis and working with the management of portfolio companies to create value. Prior to Levine Leichtman, Lewis worked in the private equity group at ABN AMRO and in Banc of America's leveraged finance group.
Lewis received a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
