Lan is a Principal of Bayside Capital based in Boston. He focuses on corporate stressed and distressed credit investments and is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including investment identification, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Bayside, Lan worked in private equity at Madison Dearborn Partners and began his career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Credit Suisse.

Lan earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A in finance from the University of Iowa.
